TPE buffer, 10X tris-phosphate-EDTA, pH 8

This product is a concentrated stock solution and should be diluted appropriately with distilled, deionised water or equivalent to its final working concentration. 10X Tris-Phosphate EDTA (TPE) consists of 0,9 M Tris-Phosphate, 0,02 M EDTA at a pH of 8,0. Meticulously prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in highly polished pharmaceutical grade deionsed water.

This product was aseptically filtered through a Millipore 0,22 µm filter into clean, pre-sterilised containers. The product was tested on trypticase soy agar for 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours and was found to be negative for bacteria.
