QuantLadders are prepared from five highly purified DNA fragments that provide visual quantitation of DNA within ±1% accuracy. The DNA QuantLadder provides each DNA fragment in perfect relative mass equivalence at 100 ng, 70 ng, 50 ng, 20 ng and 10 ng. The reverse QuantLadder simply reverses the mass equivalence order of the QuantLadder.
