- Wavelength from 355 to 1064 nm achieved by optical lenses
- Built-in camera port for documentation use, incident illumination available
- Tilting head models for more ergonomic needs
- Adjustable centrable, forward facing, quadruple nosepiece (dovetail mount) with one fixed and three adjustable positions
Designed for applications in the semiconductor industry, as well as for laser inspections and repairs, specially on wafers and printed circuit boards (PCB).
: Supplied with laser safety kit incl. shims and laser safety pin.
