Stainless steel, PTFE XYLAN® coated. These spatulas feature a PTFE XYLAN® coating which provides a non stick surface to which very few solid or liquid substances will permanently adhere.
- Stainless steel base: Spatula can withstand extreme temperatures and chemicals
- PTFE coating provides chemical inertness, purity, low permeability, heat resistance, toughness, and non stick qualities
- Excellent non wetting properties make cleaning very easy
- Spatula can undergo steam or chemical sterilisation
