GSTPrep™ FF 16/10 is prepacked, ready-to-use column containing glutathione Sepharose™ 4 fast flow designed for one-step, scale-up purification of glutathione S-transferase (GST)-tagged proteins.
- Binds approximately 200 mg recombinant GST/column
- Mild elution conditions preserving protein antigenicity and function
- Simple operation with a pump or chromatography system, such as ÄKTA design
Glutathione Sepharose™ 4 fast flow is for scale-up purification of recombinant GST-tagged proteins, other glutathione S-transferases, and glutathione-dependent proteins. Mild elution conditions preserve protein antigenicity and function.
