These columns contain a polymer-based HPLC phase for anion exchange chromatography of biological macromolecules.
- Strongly basic anion exchanger -N+(CH₃)₃ based on quaternised polyethylene (PEI) gel matrix
- Eluent in column 0,1 M Na₂SO₄ + 0,2% NaN₃
Recommended applications include purification of peptides, large proteins and oligonucleotides, high capacity for proteins even at pH 10.
The Valco type guard column cartridge is used for analytical Valco column with the guard column holder B (MANA719539).
