EZ-Vision® 1 kb DNA ladder is a pre-mixture of DNA marker, loading buffer and a proprietary fluorescent DNA visualisation dye that can be applied directly to the gel. This non toxic, non mutagenic dye eliminates the need for ethidium bromide staining. The 1 kb ladder consists of 10 double-stranded bands with molecular weights between 200 and 10 000 bp. The intensity of individual bands varies to facilitate easy identification.
