Ceran® THERM CT 10 is an glass ceramic instrument. It is extremely resistant to breakage, temperature changes, will not distort and permeable to UV light and also highly acid resistant. The temperature is controlled by an output controller without any performance loss. Heating time for 500 °C is approximately 3 min. The low mass CERAN® plate with a central diameter of 150 mm is electrically heated and is mounted on a stainless steel housing.
