Dialyserør bruges til simpel og effektiv dialyse af salte og buffere i små prøvevolumener. De anvendes sammen med dialysesæt for at give nemmere brug sammenlignet med dialyseposer og centrifugerør. Konisk bunddesign i mange modeller maksimerer prøveudbyttet, og engangsmodeller giver en enkel løsning på håndteringsproblemer ved dialyse af små volumener. Dialyserør indeholder små skiver af dialysemembran i hætterne, og prøver pipetteres let ind i og fjernes fra rørets bund.
