Det er muligt at få adgang til og fjerne de forberedte celleprøver individuelt fra systemet for bedre synlighed. Multi-brønds indsatsplader har gennemsigtige membraner i forskellige tæthedsniveauer, hvilket gør det lettere at studere levende celler med lysmikroskop.
