Pierce glutathione coated plates are coated with intact glutathione (GSH) and pre-blocked for use in capture and detection assays involving glutathione-S-transferase (GST) fusion proteins. Plates can also be used to capture and coat fusion proteins via their GST tag for subsequent binding assays involving the recombinant protein. As the plates are pre-blocked, initial purification of the cell lysates is not necessary.
