Disse filtre er ideelle til gravimetriske analyser af luftforureninger og som forfiltre til brug foran membranfiltre. Standardfiltrene bruges til test af opløste og suspenderede faste stoffer i sanitærvandsanalyseprocedurer. Glasfiberfiltre er fremstillet af bindefri borosilikatglasfiber med ekstremt høj maksimal driftstemperatur i luft.
