Avantor har skruelåg, krympe kapsler, og prop med normal slib (NS-Prop), sikkerhedsprop, trykprop, og låg til ampuller. Alle låg er lavet af ugennemtrængelig materiale for, at hindre partikler i at trænge ind, samt forhindre fordampning. Alt afhængig af hvilken applikation man benytter tilbyder Avantor låg i glas, plastik eller metal (aluminium). Avantor har tillægslåg til ampuller med hul i midten og et separat skillevæg tilgængeligt.
