Broer
I en destillationsopstilling forbinder broer to kolber og gør det muligt at adskille forskellige stoffer i en blanding. Denne almindelige kemiske proces indebærer, at en uren væske opvarmes i én kolbe, hvorved damp stiger op. Da broen er den eneste udgang, ledes dampen gennem den til en ny kolbe, hvor den køles og kondenseres til væske. De kemikalieresistente broer fås med eller uden kondensatorer i forskellige fatningsstørrelser og kappelængder for at passe til eksisterende apparatur.
