Sprøjter til kromatografi

I væskekromatografi fungerer sprøjten primært som en pipette eller væskeoverførselsenhed, der fylder en prøveslynge. Det samme gælder i vid udstrækning for gaskromatografi. Sprøjten spiller normalt ikke en aktiv rolle i selve injektionen, som først finder sted, efter at prøven er blevet fortrængt fra sprøjten.
