Sprøjter til kromatografi

I væskekromatografi fungerer sprøjten primært som en pipette eller væskeoverførselsenhed, der fylder en prøveslynge. Det samme gælder i vid udstrækning for gaskromatografi. Sprøjten spiller normalt ikke en aktiv rolle i selve injektionen, som først finder sted, efter at prøven er blevet fortrængt fra sprøjten. Disse sprøjter er designet til høj ydeevne i anvendelser som væske- eller gaskromatografi samt håndtering af ætsende gasser og væsker, radioaktive materialer og sterile opløsninger.
