Anti-ZNF687 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-ZNF687 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: ProSci Inc.

ZNF687 Antibody: The zinc finger protein 687 (ZNF687) was initially identified as a translocation partner gene with RUNX1 in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Little is known of the function of the ZNF687 protein, but it has been shown to weakly interact with the Ring1/Rnf2 RING finger protein member of the Polycomb group of proteins, suggesting it may be involved in the chromatin-modifying complexes essential for embryonic development and stem cell renewal. Other evidence suggests that ZNF687 may be part of a transcriptional network that also includes ZNF592 and ZMYMD8.

Human recombinant IL2 (fromE. coli)

Supplier: ProSci Inc.

IL-2 is a powerful immunoregulatory lymphokine produced by T-cells in response to antigenic or mitogenic stimulation. IL-2/IL-2R signaling is required for T-cell proliferation and other fundamental functions which are essential for the immune response. IL-2 stimulates growth and differentiation of B-cells, NK cells, lymphokine activated killer cells, monocytes, macrophages and oligodendrocytes. Recombinant murine IL-2 is a 17.2 kDa protein, containing 149 amino acid residues. Recombinant rat IL-2 is a 15.3 kDa protein containing 134 amino acid residues. Recombinant human IL-2 is a 15.5 kDa protein, containing 134 amino acid residues including one intrachain disulfide bond.

Anti-NDST1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-NDST1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: ProSci Inc.

NDST1 is an essential bifunctional enzyme that catalyzes both the N-deacetylation and the N-sulfation of glucosamine (GlcNAc) of the glycosaminoglycan in heparan sulfate. Modifies the GlcNAc-GlcA dissacharide repeating sugar backbone to make N-sulfated heparosan, a prerequisite substrate for later modifications in heparin biosynthesis. Plays a role in determining the extent and pattern of sulfation of heparan sulfate. Compared to other NDST enzymes, its presence is absolutely required. Participates in biosynthesis of heparan sulfate that can ultimately serve as L-selectin ligands, thereby playing a role in inflammatory response.

Anti-MCM7 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Bioss

The protein encoded by this gene is one of the highly conserved mini-chromosome maintenance proteins (MCM) that are essential for the initiation of eukaryotic genome replication. The hexameric protein complex formed by the MCM proteins is a key component of the pre-replication complex (pre_RC) and may be involved in the formation of replication forks and in the recruitment of other DNA replication related proteins. The MCM complex consisting of this protein and MCM2, 4 and 6 proteins possesses DNA helicase activity, and may act as a DNA unwinding enzyme. Cyclin D1-dependent kinase, CDK4, is found to associate with this protein, and may regulate the binding of this protein with the tumorsuppressor protein RB1/RB. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].

Anti-FGFR3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase))

Supplier: Bioss

The encoded protein is synthesized mainly in corticotroph cells of the anterior pituitary where four cleavage sites are used; adrenocorticotrophin, essential for normal steroidogenesis and the maintenance of normal adrenal weight, and lipotropin beta are the major end products. In other tissues, including the hypothalamus, placenta, and epithelium, all cleavage sites may be used, giving rise to peptides with roles in pain and energy homeostasis, melanocyte stimulation, and immune modulation. These include several distinct melanotropins, lipotropins, and endorphins that are contained within the adrenocorticotrophin and beta-lipotropin peptides. Mutations in this gene have been associated with early onset obesity, adrenal insufficiency, and red hair pigmentation. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been described.

Anti-CPEB3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (FITC (Fluorescein Isothiocyanate))

Supplier: Bioss

The regulated translation of messenger RNA is essential for cell-cycle progression, establishment of the body plan during early development and modulation of key activities in the central nervous system. Cytoplasmic polyadenylation, one mechanism of controlling translation, is driven by cytoplasmic polyadenylation element binding proteins, called CPEBs. CPEB3 (cytoplasmic polyadenylation element binding protein 3) is a 698 amino acid protein that contains two RNA recognition motif (RRM) domains and, like other CPEB proteins, may play a role in the maturation of the central nervous system. CPEB3 exists as multiple alternatively spliced isoforms that are encoded by a gene which maps to human chromosome 10, which houses over 1,200 genes and comprises nearly 4.5% of the human genome.

Anti-BUB1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy3®)

Supplier: Bioss

Serine/threonine-protein kinase that performs 2 crucial functions during mitosis: it is essential for spindle-assembly checkpoint signaling and for correct chromosome alignment. Has a key role in the assembly of checkpoint proteins at the kinetochore, being required for the subsequent localization of CENPF, BUB1B, CENPE and MAD2L1. Required for the kinetochore localization of PLK1. Plays an important role in defining SGOL1 localization and thereby affects sister chromatid cohesion. Acts as a substrate for anaphase-promoting complex or cyclosome (APC/C) in complex with its activator CDH1 (APC/C-Cdh1). Necessary for ensuring proper chromosome segregation and binding to BUB3 is essential for this function. Can regulate chromosome segregation in a kinetochore-independent manner. Can phosphorylate BUB3. The BUB1-BUB3 complex plays a role in the inhibition of APC/C when spindle-assembly checkpoint is activated and inhibits the ubiquitin ligase activity of APC/C by phosphorylating its activator CDC20. This complex can also phosphorylate MAD1L1. Kinase activity is essential for inhibition of APC/CCDC20 and for chromosome alignment but does not play a major role in the spindle-assembly checkpoint activity. Mediates cell death in response to chromosome missegregation and acts to suppress spontaneous tumorigenesis.
