b.safe Waste cap electronic fill-level control

To prevent your waste canister from overflowing, connect these b.safe waste caps with electronic fill-level control to the alarm box. When the 'canister full' level is reached, you will receive an optical and acoustic warning. The alarm is triggered before your canister is completely full. This leaves a small safety buffer in the canister.

Fittings, hose connectors and corrugated hose couplings allow you to configure the system according to your requirements. Different thread sizes guarantee that you will find the right cap for your canister.

The way of function is quite simple: connect your b.safe waste cap with the b.safe display by means of a suitable cable. With increasing level, the cap integrated floater rises. As soon as the canister is full, a contact is closed between the cap and the floater and an appropriate signal is transferred to the b.safe display. You can easily recognize which container has to be exchanged through visual and accoustic signs on the b.safe display.

The alert already rings before the container is completely filled to have a little safety buffer. Even waste from the sample preparation can be directly poured into the waste container via a permanently mounted funnel.

A special activated carbon in the b.safe exhaust filters absorbs all solvent vapours in order to have only harmless air coming into the environment. Practical service life indicators guarantee full control on the permitted service life.
