Perform gentle enzymatic dissociation of mouse mammary tissue with 10X Collagenase/Hyaluronidase in Dulbecco's Modified Eagle’s Medium (DMEM). This gentle formulation enables overnight dissociation of mouse mammary gland tissue so experiments can be completed the next day rather than late at night. Gentle Collagenase/Hyluronidase has also been used for enzymatic dissociation of mouse prostate epithelial cells (Frégeau-Proulx et al. MethodsX, 2022). This protease/polysaccharidase combination digests native collagen fibrils and hydrolises hyaluronic acids in connective tissues for effective tissue dissociation.
: Product Restrictions: (i) Customer shall not make products or any portion of them, in any way, shape or form, including as a component of another product available for the purpose of further resale or alter or remove the Product label and the Supplier’s mark of origin without express written permission of Supplier; and (ii) Customer is familiar with Supplier’s restrictions on the use of the Products and shall use the Products in compliance with such restrictions and the applicable Supplier Product Information sheet (collectively, the 'Product Restrictions').
