The Complete Processing Kit for whole blood uses EasySep™ HLA T Cell Enrichment Kit to isolate human T cells from HetaSep™-treated whole blood by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with tetrameric antibody complexes recognising non-T cells and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The labelled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube.
