About this item

Human DOCK180 ELISA kit is a 90 minutes sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human DOCK180 in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids.

  • Higher throughput: Get results in just 90 minutess, with a single wash step
  • Detection Range: 200 to 3200 ng/L
  • Sensitivity: 9,72 ng/L
  • Sample Type: Serum, plasma or other biological fluids
  • Assay Precision: Intra-assay: CV <8%, Inter-assay: CV <10%

Human DOCK180 ELISA kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique for the quantitative measurement of human DOCK180 in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for DOCK180 has been pre-coated onto a 96-well microtiter plate. The standards and test samples are added into the wells and the DOCK180 present in each sample is bound to the wells by the immobilised antibody. Biotinylated anti-DOCK180 antibody, which also binds the DOCK180 present in each sample, and Streptavidin-HRP, which binds the Biotinylated anti-DOCK180 antibody, are added and the microtiter plate is incubated. Following incubation, unbound Biotinylated anti-DOCK180 antibody and unbound Streptavidin-HRP are removed by washing, and two substrate solutions are added to the wells. Colour develops in proportion to the amount of DOCK180 captured in each well. The colour development is stopped by addition of stop solution which changes the colour from blue to yellow and the intensity of the colour is then measured. The concentration of DOCK180 in the samples can then be calculated by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader and referring to the standard curve.

Ordering information: This is a ready-to-use ELISA kit that contains: Pre-coated 96 well microplate, standard solution, standard diluent, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, wash buffer (25X), substrate solution A, substrate solution B, stop solution, plate sealers, foil pouch, and protocol manual.
