Filling speed, precision and accuracy are at the heart of the design process. Masterflex® Single Use Filling Needles are a cost‐effective and unique alternative to conventional re‐usable filling needles which require tedious and expensive sterilization and validation processes. They come in a variety of sizes engineered to work with Masterflex® L/S Peristaltic Pump Tubing ranging from L/S 14 to I/P 73 to facilitate a range of filling volumes. The Masterflex® Single Use Filling Needles are easily integrated into new or existing single‐use filling lines where the fluid path must be gamma irradiated or autoclaved. Products have a final cleaning and inspection in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom. All filling needles are cleaned with 70% IPA and vertically dried under HEPA-filtered air. Each needle is inspected before sealing in polybags inside the ISO cleanroom.
