About this item
Ni-NTA HisBind® Resin is a high-performance Ni²⁺-charged agarose used for rapid one-step purification of proteins containing a HisTag® sequence by metal chelation chromatography.
It minimizes metal leaching during purification and is compatible with up to 10 mM β-mercaptoethanol or 1 mM Tris(hydroxypropyl)phosphine (THP) for reduction of disulfide bonds. Ni-NTA HisBind® Resin has a binding capacity of 5 to 10 mg HisTag® fusion protein per ml resin.
Delivery: Supplied as a 50% slurry.
Packaging: Ni-NTA His-Bind® resin packed in plastic ampule (10 ml) and glass bottle (25 ml, 100 ml).
