The price for delivery free to the point of use only applies if the delivery can be processed as a standard delivery. In the event of additional effort to bring the device to the place of use, the additional costs will be billed afterwards.

The following on-site services for delivery within a maximum of 60 minutes are included:
Deliver the device to the point of use with up to 2 transport specialists
Unpack the device
build device

If special transport is required due to local conditions (e.g. additional staff, crane or other additional expenses / additional equipment), the additional costs
billed separately afterwards.
