- Biological activity:Lyophilised from 0,22 μm filtered solution in Tris with Glycine, Arginine and NaCl, pH 7,5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilisation. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilised human LAG-3, mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. ACRBLA3-H52Aa) at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind anti-human LAG3 MAb, human IgG1 with a linear range of 1 - 10 ng/ml (QC tested). Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilised human LAG-3, mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. ACRBLA3-H52Aa) at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind cynomolgus / rhesus macaque FGL1, Fc Tag (Cat. No. ACRBFG1-C5269) with a linear range of 0,01 - 0,156 μg/ml (routinely tested). Flow cytometry assay shows that Human LAG3, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. ACRBLA3-H52Aa) can bind to daudi cell surface. The concentration of LAG3 used is 0,3 μg/ml (routinely tested). FACS analysis shows that the binding Human LAG3, mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. ACRBLA3-H52Aa) to daudi cells was inhibited by increasing concentration of neutralising Anti-LAG3 antibody. The concentration of LAG3 used is 1 μg/ml. The IC50 is 0,165 μg/ml (routinely tested).
