TCM-ProteaseArrest™ is supplied as a 200X concentrated solution in sterile filtered DMSO. It is highly recommended to determine the appropriate dilution factor for a specific cell line, starting at a 1:200 dilution of TCM-ProteaseArrest™ to prevent harmful effects of DMSO to cell growth.
