High Capacity Endotoxin Removal Resin is a porous cellulose bead that has been surface modified with covalently attached polylysine chains that have a high affinity for LPS but lacks the toxicity of other endotoxin-binding molecules. The resin in a slurry format helps in custom packing of endotoxin removal columns for gravity flow or flow rates ranging from 10 to 15 ml/hour. This can be packed to a custom column that can be re-used up to 10 times with no loss in endotoxin removal efficiency.
