PyroDetect is used to perform an endotoxin standard curve using different concentrations of endotoxin in dilution.

• One of the two optional standards
• Standard curve required to quantify the amount of pyrogens
• Determine the limit of detection (LOD) of the PyroDetect System

To perfom the endotoxin standard curve, the PyroDetect Endotoxin Standard or any other International Reference Standard Endotoxin (RSE) can be used.
