PromoCell Macrophage Generation Medium DXF is designed for the generation of M1- and M2-polarised macrophages. The chemically defined and xeno-free media formulations are free of all animal derived components and substances of human origin, with human serum albumin being the only exception.
The Macrophage Base Medium does not include cytokines and must therefore be supplemented according to individual needs.
