KAPA2G Fast HS Genotyping Mix with Dye is a Hot Start PCR master mix specifically designed for genotyping experiments. It contains two inert dyes (blue and yellow), which allow for the analysis of reaction products by gel electrophoresis directly after completion of the PCR without the need to add a DNA loading buffer.
