Adiponectin Receptors 1 and 2  are membrane receptors for adiponectin, a hormone secreted by adipocytes which regulates energy homeostatis and insulin sensitivity.

Antibody recognizes Adiponectin Receptors 1 by western blot, other applications have not been tested. . A dilution of 1:2000 is recommended. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. This antiserum is known to recognise both mouse and human Adiponectin Receptor 1.
