Peroxide assay kit, PEROXsay™
Supplier: G-Biosciences
PEROXsay™ is a colorimetric quantitative peroxide assay that measures the oxidation of ferrous (Fe²⁺+) ions to ferric (Fe³⁺) ions. Peroxides react with a sugar alcohol converting it to a peroxyl radical that subsequently starts the oxidation of ferrous ions to ferric ions. The acidic pH of the assay allows the ferric (Fe³⁺) ion to complex with the colorimetric reagent, resulting in a change in absorbance that is proportional to the peroxide concentration.

Anti-PPIP5K2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Inositol phosphates (IPs) and diphosphoinositol phosphates (PP-IPs), also known as inositol pyrophosphates, act as cell signaling molecules. HISPPD1 has both IP6 kinase (EC 2.7.4.21) and PP-IP5 (also called IP7) kinase (EC 2.7.4.24) activities that produce the high-energy pyrophosphates PP-IP5 and PP2-IP4 (also called IP8), respectively.Inositol phosphates (IPs) and diphosphoinositol phosphates (PP-IPs), also known as inositol pyrophosphates, act as cell signaling molecules. Anti-ENPP1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)
Supplier: Bioss
By generating PPi, plays a role in regulating pyrophosphate levels, and functions in bone mineralization and soft tissue calcification. PPi inhibits mineralization by binding to nascent hydroxyapatite (HA) crystals, thereby preventing further growth of these crystals. Preferentially hydrolyzes ATP, but can also hydrolyze other nucleoside 5' triphosphates such as GTP, CTP, TTP and UTP to their corresponding monophosphates with release of pyrophosphate and diadenosine polyphosphates, and also 3',5'-cAMP to AMP. May also be involved in the regulation of the availability of nucleotide sugars in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi, and the regulation of purinergic signaling. Appears to modulate insulin sensitivity and function.

Human recombinant PRPS2 (from cells)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Ribose-Phosphate Pyrophosphokinase 2 (PRPS2) is a phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate synthetase that belongs to the ribose-phosphate pyrophosphokinase family. PRPS2 is a homodimer. The active form is probably an hexamer composed of three homodimers. PRPS2 catalyzes the synthesis of phosphoribosylpyrophosphate (PRPP) that is essential for nucleotide synthesis. PRPS2 catalyzes the synthesis of 5-phosphoribosyl 1-pyrophosphate from ATP and D-ribose 5-phosphate. In addition, PRPS2 plays a central role in the synthesis of purines and pyrimidines.

Anti-APRT Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Adenine phosphoribosyltransferase (APRT) belongs to the purine/pyrimidine phosphoribosyltransferase family. A conserved feature of this gene is the distribution of CpG dinucleotides. This enzyme catalyzes the formation of AMP and inorganic pyrophosphate from adenine and 5-phosphoribosyl-1-pyrophosphate (PRPP). It also produces adenine as a by-product of the polyamine biosynthesis pathway. A homozygous deficiency in this enzyme causes 2,8-dihydroxyadenine urolithiasis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.Adenine phosphoribosyltransferase belongs to the purine/pyrimidine phosphoribosyltransferase family.
