Anti-MPG Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)
Supplier: Bioss
MPG (N-methylpurine DNA glycosylase, or 3-methyladenine (3MeA) DNA glycosylase) repairs the 3MeA lethal lesion blocking DNA replication in Escherichia coli. Analysis of human cDNA libraries found a cDNA that would hybridize to human genomic DNA but not to E. coli or yeast DNA. This MPG gene has been mapped to human chromosome 16 by analysis of a panel of DNAs from mouse/human and hamster/human hybrid cell lines.

Anti-FZD5 / FZD8 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy3®)
Supplier: Bioss
Members of the 'frizzled' gene family encode 7-transmembrane domain proteins that are receptors for Wnt signaling proteins. The Frizzled 5 protein is believed to be the receptor for the Wnt5A ligand. Frizzled 5 has been reported to be expressed in fetal kidney, fetal and adult liver, fetal lung, and adult pancreas. ESTs have been isolated from bone, liver/spleen, placenta, and prostate libraries. Frizzled 5 was cloned from a retina cDNA library. Receptor for Wnt proteins. Component of the Wnt-Fzd-LRP5-LRP6 complex that triggers beta-catenin signaling through inducing aggregation of receptor-ligand complexes into ribosome-sized signalosomes. The beta-catenin canonical signaling pathway leads to the activation of disheveled proteins, inhibition of GSK-3 kinase, nuclear accumulation of beta-catenin and activation of Wnt target genes. A second signaling pathway involving PKC and calcium fluxes has been seen for some family members, but it is not yet clear if it represents a distinct pathway or if it can be integrated in the canonical pathway, as PKC seems to be required for Wnt-mediated inactivation of GSK-3 kinase. Both pathways seem to involve interactions with G-proteins. May be involved in transduction and intercellular transmission of polarity information during tissue morphogenesis and/or in differentiated tissues. Coreceptor along with RYK of Wnt proteins, such as WNT1.

Anti-TYR Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)
Supplier: Bioss
Tyrosinase is the key enzyme for melanin, synthesis in mammalian melanocytes and has been considered to be a unique marker for the study of melanocyte differentiation. A cDNA library was constructed from poly(A)+ mRNA from mouse melanocytes and screened using anti- tyrosinase antiserum and oligonucleotide probes corresponding to amino acid sequence of tyrosinase. sequencing of some cDNA clones positive in these screenings gave a nucleotide sequence of 1838 nucleotides including a open reading frame of 1344 nucleotides that was found to correspond exactly to the amino acid sequence of the cyanogen bromide fragments of tyrosinase.

Anti-CCR7 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)
Supplier: Bioss
CCR7 is a member of the G protein coupled receptor family (subfamily : chemokine). This receptor was identified as a gene induced by the Epstein Barr virus (EBV), and is thought to be a mediator of EBV effects on B lymphocytes. CCR7 has been reported to be expressed in blood, bone marrow, lymph node, and intestine. It is particularly expressed in lymphoid tissues and in activated B and T lymphocytes and has been shown to control the migration of memory T cells to inflamed tissues, as well as stimulate dendritic cell maturation. The chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 19 (CCL19/ECL) has been reported to be a specific ligand of this receptor. ESTs have been isolated from blood, embryo, lymph node, and thymus libraries.
