Human Kallikrein 10/K10 ELISA kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Kallikrein 10/K10 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids.

  • Ready-to-use ELISA kit
  • Detection Range: 0,625 to 40 ng/ml
  • Sensitivity: 0,375 ng/ml
  • Sample Type: Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids
  • Assay Precision: Intra-Assay: CV <8%, Inter-Assay: CV <10%

Human Kallikrein 10/K10 ELISA kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique for the quantitative measurement of human Kallikrein 10/K10 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. An antibody specific for Kallikrein 10/K10 has been pre-coated onto a 96-well microtiter plate. The standards and test samples are added into the wells and the Kallikrein 10/K10 present in each sample is bound to the wells by the immobilised antibody. Following incubation, the wells are washed and then incubated with Biotinylated Anti-Kallikrein 10/K10 Antibody, which binds the captured Kallikrein 10/K10 present in each well. Following incubation, unbound biotinylated detection antibody is removed by washing, and an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate is added to the wells and the microtiter plate is incubated. Following incubation and washing, TMB substrate solution is then used to visualise the HRP enzymatic reaction by catalysis to produce a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow after addition of acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the amount of Kallikrein 10/K10 captured in each well. The concentration of Kallikrein 10/K10 can then be calculated by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader and referring to the standard curve.

: This is a ready-to-use ELISA kit that contains: Pre-coated 96 well microplate, lyophilised standard, sample dilution buffer, biotinylated detection antibody (100X), antibody dilution buffer, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC) (100X), SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer (25X), plate sealers, foil pouch, and protocol manual.
