The 5420 IVD-marked centrifuge is an in-vitro diagnostic device according to Directive 98/79/EC. It is designed for separating liquid substance mixtures with different densities, in particular, for processing and analysing samples from the human body in in-vitro diagnostic applications to ensure that the in-vitro diagnostic device can be used according to its intended purpose.

Available rotors: FA-24×2 standard rotor for 24×1,5/2,0 ml tubes incl. aerosol-tight rotor lid (optional adapter sets for 0,2 ml, 0,4 ml and 0,5 ml tubes) and F-32×0,2-PCR rotor for 32×0,2 ml PCR tubes or 4X PCR strips.
