This apparatus is designed to detect of coating porosity in dielectric (insulation type) coatings on conductive substrates, including concrete.

Detector provides accurate detection of pinholes, flaws, inclusions, thin spots and bubbles in a coating. The gauge has been designed to revolutionise high voltage DC testing of coatings.
Delivery: Supplied with clip-on power pack, 10 hour charger, probe handle with neon and two meter lead, 60 mm connector for flat brushes, seven meter earth lead with clamp, fan brush, 250 mm flat brass wire brush, 450 mm probe extension, air-operated earphones, shoulder and waist harness, set case and operating instructions with calibration certificate.
