You searched for: Molecular Weight Markers
Molecular-weight size markers are a set of standards used to identify the approximate size of a molecule run on a gel during electrophoresis, using the principle that molecular weight is inversely proportional to migration rate through a gel matrix. The molecular weight markers offered are ideal for verification of PCR products, for size analysis of digested DNA, and easy band identification of a number of different fragments. Certain models are available pre-mixed with loading dye.
DNA ladder, 500 bp, DNAmark™
Supplier: G-Biosciences
DNAmark™ 500 bp ladder consists of 10 DNA fragments ranging from 500 bp to 5000 bp. The 2000 bp fragment is present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. All fragments are precisely quantified and mixed during the production. For 5 µl loading, all fragments except 2000 bp are 40 ng. The 2000 bp fragment is 100 ng.

DNA QuantLadders
Supplier: LONZA
QuantLadders are prepared from five highly purified DNA fragments that provide visual quantitation of DNA within ±1% accuracy. The DNA QuantLadder provides each DNA fragment in perfect relative mass equivalence at 100 ng, 70 ng, 50 ng, 20 ng and 10 ng. The reverse QuantLadder simply reverses the mass equivalence order of the QuantLadder.

Western blotting markers, Amersham™ ECL™ DualVue™
Supplier: Cytiva
Amersham™ ECL™ DualVue™ Western blotting markers perform two key functions. Firstly, the prestained marker proteins confirm protein transfer in addition to clearly defining blot orientation. Secondly, the recombinant tagged proteins are detected on film or by CCD imaging in conjunction with the target protein(s) of interest, enabling highly accurate molecular mass determination of the target protein(s). The tagged markers are detected easily and specifically by means of a specific conjugate that eliminates any cross contamination between target protein(s) and markers.
