Compact automatic extraction units, SOXTHERM®

SOXTHERM® units are automatic and fully programmable extraction equipment for the determination of fat in foodstuffs, including dairy, cereals, fruit, meat, and chocolate. In addition, the Soxtherm can be used as an early stage extraction process in the determination of pollutants in environmental samples, such as pesticides, PCB, phenols, dioxins and additives for plastics. The equipment has been designed to handle volatile solvents safely and economically. The safety features also include a glass front door that opens and closes automatically upon start or end of programme and illuminated glass beakers, which allow easy visual inspection of the extraction progress.

• Automatic and efficient recovery of solvents with electronic level sensor control in the solvent recovery tank
• Fast and accurate, allowing increased throughput compared to traditional Soxhlet
• Continuous control of all services including cooling water and air monitoring which shuts down the system in the event of service failures
• Control of temperature with over-temperature cut-off

Macro extraction beakers: Ø54×130 mm, 150 ml

Micro extraction beakers: Ø46×130 mm, 75 ml

Informace o dodávce: The Multistat controller or Soxtherm SOXTHERM® software, for which a PC is required, must be ordered separately. Compressed air is required at 4,5 bar pressure.
