Conjugate stabilisers

Conjugate stabilisers are used with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and calf intestinal alkaline phosphatase conjugated primary or secondary antibodies or other proteins or compounds in solution. The components of the stabiliser (proprietary) are unique and stabilise both the antibody and enzyme portions of the conjugate.

This conjugate stabiliser prevents the loss of catalytic activity and maintains the active conformation of the antibody portion of the conjugate. This 1X diluent buffer contains buffered saline along with proprietary reagents to stabilise and preserve both HRP and ALP conjugated primary or secondary antibodies in solution. A proprietary combination of preservatives is used that is azide- and mercury-free.
