Providing high particle and bacterial filtration efficiency, the latex-free and low-linting BioClean MTA™ sterile looped facemask ensures protection, combined with comfort and exceptional breathability.
- Low particle shedding with excellent breathability
- Three ply ultrasonic sealed construction: Low-linting hydrophilic inner layer, non-woven meltblown polyester filter layer, non-woven polyester outer facing
- PP-ties and single steel PP coated noseband
- Average particle count: 19/minute (particle size: 0,2 to 5,0 µm)
- Particle filtration efficiency (PFE): 98% >0,5 µm
Suitable for use in class 10, ISO 4 or M2.5 cleanrooms.
Certifications: Manufactured in a facility holding ISO 9001:2015. Processed in an NEBB certified ISO class 4 cleanroom environment. Sampling and inspection in accordance with ISO 2859-3:1994. Tested against standard ASTM F2101 for bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE).
