SkillPak™ BIO pre-packed columns are designed for a fast method development and scale-up of multi-column chromatography (MCC) or continuous chromatography processes. They are pre-packed with TOYOPEARL® process chromatography media for bioseparations.

They are ready to use and show excellent physical strength and ideal pressure-flow characteristic for downstrem processing in multi-column (MCC) or continuous (CC) operations. Pre-packed with TOYOPEARL®process chromatography media, these columns offer superior separation of biomolecules, such as monoclonal antibodies. SkillPak™ BIO columns are available in multi-column kits packed with a single resin lot and low column-to-column variability to ensure low comparability between columns in MCC and CC.

All SkillPak BIO columns guarantee optimal performance and can be operated on all MCC and CC systems, as well as standard low-or medium-pressure liquid chromatography systems. They are reproducibly packed and take into account the varying compressibility of each resin.
