The MXPC SERIES comes from the latest generation of Welch MPCpro diaphragm pumps to provide improved performance, particularly in the application critical range. The ultimate vacuum of 5 or 1,5 mbar with significant design improvements to directly influence the process flow and the repeatability. The new Single Piece Diaphragm (SPD) design provides increased chemical resistance and easier servicing. These models are ideal for applications where a high pumping speed, fast pump down time and deep ultimate vacuum are required, such as vacuum ovens, rotary evaporators and vacuum concentrators.

With its market leading design using PTFE and other fluoropolymers for all wetted parts,
MXPC is fully chemically resistant against aggressive solvents and acidic vapors commonly used in chemistry and pharmaceutical laboratories. Equipped with an Inlet liquid separator, a highly efficient exhaust emissions condensers for optimal near 100% solvent recovery, as well as a manual vacuum regulator to allow the user to effectively regulate vacuum level are also included.

The compact, modular design allows for minimal bench space usage along with quiet operation making it the ideal portable and smart solution for laboratories and chemical environments globally.

Simultaneous operation of two processes possible:
MXPC has a Dual inlet for flexible operation, two inlet port so that two users can work from the same pump or the second inlet can be used to install the optional vacuum gauge. If precise vacuum control is required, use our VCpro 601 (600100) benchtop digital vacuum controller.

Typical applications include rotary evaporators, vacuum ovens, vacuum concentrators, and fast evaporation of both volatiles and non-volatiles.
