SPE cartridges

Bond Elut™ online SPE cartridges are designed for use with liquid chromatography (LC) to provide sample cleanup, and in certain applications, pre-concentration.

Available with PLRP-s polymeric sorbent materials, the Bond Elut online SPE cartridges provide good stability and performance. Online SPE typically involves loading the sample onto the online SPE cartridge by applying flow in one direction across the sorbent, followed by a reversal of flow across the sorbent to elute the target analytes directly onto the analytical LC column. Coupled with mass spectrometry for detection, Bond Elut online SPE cartridges provide a simple, automated method for sample analysis and are ideal for use in the LC/MS/MS analysis of water for environmental contaminants.
