Fluorogenic substrate for trypsin (kcat/Km=2,0×107 M-1sec-1; Km=6.0 µM); matriptase/MT-SP1 and matriptase-2/TMPRSS6; PRSS12; KLK5; KLK11/PRSS20, KLK12, and KLK14; tryptase and thrombin; and dust mite allergen Der p 1. Ex.: 380 nm, Em.: 460 nm, although the following Ex/Em can also be used: 355,375/440,450. This substrate is useful for inhibitor screening and kinetic analysis.
