These sterile overboots are made of Tyvek®. This fabric is composed of flash spun high density polyethylene, providing an ideal balance of protection, durability and comfort.
- Ultra-low-linting fabric
- Fixation ties
- Ankle ties for secure fit
- Gripper™ soles provide enhanced skid-resistance and durability
- Clean laundered and gamma-sterilised
- Sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶
- Bound seams: tightly sewn seam is covered with garment fabric to reinforce seam protection and reduce potential for liquid and particle penetration
Tyvek® is permeable to both air and water vapour, yet repels water-based liquids and aerosols. It offers an excellent barrier against fine particles and fibres (down to 1 µm in size). Ideal for use in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device manufacturing and electronics industries, as well as in other critical or controlled environments.
Certifications: (EU) 2016/425; Cat III, Type PB [6-B]; EN 14126
Packaging: 50/100 per box, individually packed in double transparent poly liners.
