Protein A UltraLink™ and Protein A Plus UltraLink™ resins are extremely durable beaded polyacrylamide supports to which IgG-binding Protein A has been immobilised for use in IgG purification methods. Protein A resin is used to bind and purify IgG in gravity-flow, spin-column or medium pressure chromatography methods.
