Lázně

Lázně, běžně používané v mikrobiologických laboratořích, vytvářejí specifické podmínky pro inkubaci vzorků, které nemohou být vystaveny otevřenému ohni. Analogové nebo digitální ovládání nastavuje konstantní teplotu a také další provozní mechanismy pro míchání nebo třepání. Obvykle se používá voda k jemnému zahřívání obsažených vzorků, olej a kuličky se také používají, když jsou vyžadovány zvýšené teploty nebo účinnější metody. Lázně mohou být dodávány s víky, která zabraňují úniku tepla a vnější kontaminaci.
