Počítadla kolonií určují počet mikrobiálních kolonií přítomných na vzorkových miskách pro maximalizaci pracovní efektivity v laboratoři. Zařízení výrazně urychluje lékařské a biologické výzkumné postupy, které vyžadují sledování růstu mikroorganismů.
