Baňky s kulatým dnem
Speciálně tvarované pro rovnoměrnou distribuci tepla se kulaté baňky používají pro destilaci, chemické reakce, ohřev kapalných vzorků a skladovací účely. Vyrobené z odolného skla rozkládají sférické nádoby vznikající napětí rovnoměrně po povrchu, aby se zabránilo prasknutí. Díky odolnosti vůči teplotě je toto sklo nezbytnou součástí refluxních sestav. Především se používají pro chemický a biochemický výzkum a kulaté baňky jsou dostupné s krátkým nebo dlouhým hrdlem.
