Digitální multiparametrové elektrody jsou ideální pro přenosná terénní měření, protože umožňují připojit elektrody pH, rozpuštěného kyslíku, vodivosti nebo ORP v libovolné kombinaci, včetně více senzorů stejného typu, a některé modely provádějí všechny tyto funkce v jediné sondě, čímž se snižuje celkový objem a požadavky na vybavení. Tyto elektrody se snadno používají a nabízejí úpravu teploty, teoretickou kalibraci, izo-potenciální nastavení nebo výpočet a další. Odolná, robustní konstrukce znamená, že je vyžadována jen malá údržba.
